As an art and media historian with 25 years‘ experience of reading image, sign and symbol systems, I have worked in research and teaching, project development, team leadership, third-party funding acquisition and public administration. I have also acquired additional qualifications in systemic therapy, systemic coaching, Zen meditation and systemic constellations in organisations, among other areas.
My work focuses on supporting individuals and groups in navigating change processes and challenges in the field of digital technology. My approach is based on the connection between images, the human psyche and the digital world, as well as the complementary structure of the psyche as a complex living system.
Combining these two approaches sheds new light on the traditional way of thinking about the relationship between humans and digital technology. It opens up the possibility of achieving the necessary balance between analogue and digital.
